When the freezer gets cold but the fridge section doesn't, that's usually a weak cooling unit, not the control board. The freezer plate gets cooled first, and a tired unit can't push enough cold down to the fridge fins. That would explain why new boards didn't fix it. A second board that doesn't work at all may be defective or not the right match for your model.
Before spending more on boards, make sure the RV is level and the vents are clear, and feel the condenser fins at the top back after a few hours of running. Send us your model and serial number and we'll help you sort out the next step, or check out our tech service.
