On Norcold fridges, "no Co" is the no-cooling fault. It means the fridge has been running but isn't seeing the temperature drop. To reset it, turn the fridge off and back on. If it comes back after a few hours even though the heat source is working, the cooling unit is usually failing. Make sure the RV is level and the vents are clear, then send us your model number and we'll point you to the right part.
