It could be either board. If the optical board can't lock into AC, it's often the power board not sensing 120V. First check that you have 120V at the outlet behind the fridge and that the AC fuse on the power board is good. The 1210's 629113 optical board is discontinued and out of stock across the industry, so if that's the problem, the Norcold N15DCSS is the replacement.
