If it runs on AC when you pick AC manually but won't switch from LP to AC in Auto, check that you have a steady 120V at the outlet behind the fridge. If voltage is good, the board isn't sensing it, and a new power board like the 628661 power board is usually the fix. If it won't run on AC at all, check the AC fuse on the board and the AC heater's resistance first.
