I can't confirm the cooling unit comes with a fan. The 637080 is now the Nordic 6618, and it includes thermal mastic. If only the fan is bad, you don't need a cooling unit. The Valterra A10-2618VP is our replacement for the Norcold fans, and it's in stock.
