Check the simple stuff first. Make sure you have 120V at the outlet behind the fridge (and that no GFCI or breaker has tripped), that it's plugged in, and that AC mode is selected. Also check the fuse on the power board. Since it's brand new, it's covered by Norcold's warranty, so if those check out, contact your dealer or Norcold for a warranty repair.
