You can find the owner's manual on Norcold's website under manuals. If it turns on but never gets cold, check these:
- Battery voltage right at the fridge while the compressor runs. Low voltage slows or stops the compressor. - Airflow at the back vents. The condenser needs to breathe. - Whether the compressor and fan are running. If neither is, the control module 640178 is the usual suspect.
