Here's how to check it:
1. Check the fuses on the power board. 2. Confirm 12V DC and 120V AC are getting to the board. 3. Set it to AC. When it's calling for cooling, you should see 120V going out to the heater terminals. 4. Set it to gas. You should see voltage to the gas valve and spark at the electrode.
If the inputs are good but nothing comes out, the board is bad. For N621/N821 serials below 9126825, it's the 637779 kit (discontinued, limited stock).
