The DE105 is a 12V compressor fridge, so being level doesn't matter much. If it's at room temperature with the lights on and a faint hum, check these:
- 12V right at the fridge while it's running. Compressor fridges shut down on low voltage, so undersized wiring or a weak battery will stop it. - The vents around the compressor at the back. It needs airflow. - Whether the compressor is actually running. You should feel it vibrate and the condenser should get warm.
Since it's a 2021, it's still under warranty, so the dealer or Norcold should take care of it if those check out.
