If it cools on shore power but not on DC, the fridge is almost always seeing low voltage on battery. On shore power, the converter pushes the voltage higher. With shore power off, measure the voltage right at the fridge while the compressor is trying to run. Undersized or loose wiring, a weak battery, or a bad connection will make it cut out. Since the dealer just worked on it, I'd have them check the 12V supply to the fridge.
