When the freezer gets cold but the fridge section doesn't, it's usually a ventilation issue or potentially a failing cooling unit. For the 1200, the replacement is the Nordic 6610 cooling unit, which is in stock. If you'd rather replace the fridge, the Norcold N15DCSS has the same box dimensions.
