The fans are switched by a small DC fan thermostat clipped near the top of the cooling unit. It turns them on when things get hot. To test it, jump the two thermostat wires. If the fans run, the thermostat is bad. If they don't, check the fan wiring and 12V, or the fans themselves. The Valterra A10-2618VP is our replacement fan, and it's in stock.
