Since it runs fine on AC and does light on gas, the power board is probably OK. Needing a few tries before it stays lit usually points to the electrode not sensing the flame well, a weak or dirty flame, or low LP pressure. Clean the burner and orifice, check the electrode tip and position, and check that the flue baffle is in place. The 61692222 spark sense electrode fits the N611 and is in stock. If those don't help, the 628661 power board is the next step.
