The 690872 fits N3150/N3104 serials in the E001N-E366N, P, R and E001S-E058S ranges. Your E084S is just past that, so I can't confirm it. Since a new thermistor didn't stop the freezing, the board is a likely cause. The 691449 power and optical kit covers the N3150.
