Yellow residue on the cooling unit means it has leaked and needs to be replaced. For the 1210, that's the Nordic 6610, which is in stock. I can't confirm the power board or cord for your 1210 from here. With the cooling unit gone too, it may be worth looking at the Norcold N15DCSS, which has the same box dimensions.
