You're right, that hinge part is built into the door, so the fix is a new door. For a smooth-interior N811, it's the lower door 623942/638833. Add the reinforced hinge kit 634166 to reinforce the new door's hinge. If your door is waffle-textured inside, you'll also need the waffle-to-smooth door kit. The new door doesn't include the front panel, so you'll reuse yours. These parts are discontinued, so stock is limited.
