With no lights at all, check the 12V supply at the fridge, the fuse on the power board and the ribbon cable between the boards first. If those are good, the display board has failed. For the N611/N811, the 628979 and its replacement kit have both been discontinued. At that point, the Norcold N7X (for the N611) or the Norcold N8X (for the N811) is the replacement fridge.
