No, the 628661 is for the N6/N8 and newer 1200 models. The N3150 uses the 691449 power and optical kit. With intermittent cooling on every heat source and everything else checked, it's worth trying. If the board doesn't fix it, the cooling unit may be weak. The N3150 is discontinued, and the N4150 is the same size.
