Burn marks on a board almost always come from a loose or corroded connection that heated up, so check and replace any discolored terminals. LI oP means the high temp limit is open. Check the limit switch and its wiring. If it keeps tripping, the cooling unit may be failing and overheating the boiler, which could also explain why the gas side acted up.
