52 ohms is a little high but not open, so the heater may still be OK. With 3 flashes on AC, the board isn't seeing the heater draw what it expects. Check the heater connections for heat damage first. With serial 8206296 (below 9056491), your N611's board is the 621991001 kit, which is in stock. If you replace the heater, it depends on the cooling unit serial: below 11231023 it's the 621702, and above that it's the 638374.
