If it quits for long stretches and then comes back after a power cycle, it's more of a controls problem than a cooling problem. First, check for loose or corroded 12V connections and ground at the fridge, since those cause exactly this. If the connections are solid, the 639593 power board is the likely culprit on the N8XF, and it's in stock.
