If there are no codes and the thermistor's new, check whether the heat source is actually working. On gas, look for a flame. On electric, feel for warmth near the heater after an hour. If the heat is on but it still won't cool after a few hours, the cooling unit has most likely failed. For the N611, that's the Nordic 3361A, which is in stock, or the Norcold N7X if you'd rather replace the fridge.
