A handy DIYer can do it. There's no refrigerant charging involved, since absorption units come sealed. Plan on 3 to 5 hours. You'll need to pull the fridge out of the cabinet, swap the unit and reseal it with thermal mastic. The Nordic 3361A is in stock. Check your original unit's heater-well setup before ordering.
