Here's how to check before buying:
1. Check the AC fuse on the power board. 2. Confirm you have 120V at the outlet behind the fridge. 3. Measure the AC heater's resistance. It's usually around 40 to 50 ohms, and an open reading means the heater is bad. 4. With AC selected and calling for cooling, check for 120V at the heater terminals on the board.
If the heater is good and there's no voltage going to it, the board is the problem. The 628661 power board is in stock.
