That's a really thorough job of troubleshooting. If both heat sources are working, the fans run, the thermistor is new, there are no codes, and the fin temperature sits at 42°F, the cooling unit is no longer doing its job. It can happen after a long drive or running out of level, even without a visible leak. For the 1210, the replacement is the Nordic 6610 cooling unit, which is in stock. The Norcold N15DCSS is the replacement fridge if you'd rather go that way.
