Without the sticker, match the boards by looking at them. If the power board in back is the older style with a 16-pin connector, the N621 takes the 637779 kit (power and optical boards together). If it's the newer 628661 power board, you only need the 628974 optical board. Both kits are discontinued. Since you have power at the display harness, the optical board is the likely fix.
