The door alarm goes off when the door switch thinks a door is open for more than a couple of minutes. Check the door switch (it's usually a small plunger or magnetic sensor by the door) for sticking, and make sure the doors close fully. A failing optical board can also do it. For N1095 serials below 9045737, the boards come as the 633287 kit (discontinued).
