I swapped out my old board and put new one in reconnected all wires and now the fridge won't turn on???

You likely tripped a fuse or breaker. Check to make sure you have good 12V power to the back of the Norcold 1200 refrigerator, since that's what powers it. If you don't, trace the power back to your fuse panel. If you do have good power, then check the fuse on the power board.
